My last flight was around May 5th and both my 740 and my backup EFB tablet worked fine. I am flying tomorrow and just updated both the 740 and tablet this morning. When I went to load a saved flight plan, the 740 was fine but the tablet showed no flight plans saved, and simply <IMPORT...>.

I was able to send (via WiFi) a flight plan from the 740 to the tablet but having some 30 to 40 flight plans, this option would take forever...more importantly, what happened?

The EFB version is 13.0.32.

Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks,

Rob

Also experienced that. Looks like a number of them just disappeared.... might be able to use Synch Devices to get them back, as they should still be in the cloud attached to one of your device records.

ALL of mine disappeared. I don't think I should have to go hunting for them in "the cloud." I just want to know why it happened and how AP will make sure I don't lose them again.

Thanks BETABobW for reporting the same problem as I thought I might be the only one...with some 40 views and no other responses. Maybe someone can explain what happened...and how this would be fixed.

Hm. I have not experienced that on my Android tablet/phone devices. Could you provide some more info?

- What device(s)?
- What version of iFly?

Hi Cobra,

As stated above, it's iFly v13.0.32. It's running on a Nokia T10 tablet with Android 13. It's not a high end tablet as I use it primarily for backup purposes, but I have been very happy with it as a backup for well over 50 hours of x-country flying in the past year or so.

Here's another twist: I tried going into the history and showing past flight trails of my "lost" flight plans. All of my dozens of past flights showed up but when I select one and hit the "SHOW" button, iFly immediately shuts down. I tried it on a few random ones and got the same result.

Another bug report including the log(s) capturing this behavior might be helpful to AP in tracking this down.
