We currently do not have VOR NOTAMS. How ever you can get them in flight briefings. To get this briefing go to ( Flight Plan > Briefing/Filling > Get brief ). Note you do have to have a flight plan loaded up and you have to have a current departure time but you can get them there. Hope this helps!
