Location services on the laptop is enabled for all applications. I seems the software is not trying to ues the current location

Is there something i need to set to recieve a gps lock. Have not recieved a gps lock yet.

I recently purchased a new dell laptop that has no GPS chip and relies on the your isp for location. will the ifly app for windows use this info to receive a gps lock?
