I forget by who, but a request was made sometime ago for iFly to automate or at least streamline the connection process between a BT adapter and the EFB. Meanwhile, I'm just happy to get a reliable connection every time!

Flying this morning with close by traffic, I get the text notifications, audio dings and emergency sirens, but no voice readout? Sound levels up on my tablet. The audio alert setting confirms that I should be hearing traffic position, any suggestions of where to look to get the audio activated?

Version 13.3.24 was automatically installed recently replacing 12.2.34. Flying with .24 this morning I found the vector map to be really screwy. The weather radar display was blocked with the colors distorted and the terrain was displayed in large blocks with different elevation resolutions...

I have two Stratux's, #1 with 9 years use, #2 with 7 years use, no problems with either.

Ditto for Gatormyk's comment on brightness, but with it strapped to my leg it can be moved about as needed to eliminate glare and I have no problem reading it in my RV-3.

I'm flying with a Lenovo M9 in my RV-3 on my leg using a strap / clip. A very nice 9" tablet for $100.

Are you comparing a SkyVector image downloaded from the web to an iFly image stored on your device? If I compare the SkyVector image to the iFly web image on my PC, I don't see any difference at all. Do you think the resolution of the stored image is probably a compromise between file size...
