What is the lowest version of iOS that is supported? The App Store indicates it will download a compatible version, but it will not open.

When a NOTAM are issued with an airport identifier, you can easily find them with iFly under airport info. When a NOTAM is issued with a nav aide identifier, like a VOR, you can not display them.
