    MUI

It would be nice to get all the info about this airport with a single tap, just like the others. Com frequency to monitor while in the area, etc. I am familiar with the operations there, rotor, fixed wing and UAV all fly from there. Hint, zFF does it. With recent announcements, iFly maybe...

    MUI

OK, that woks. But this is not convenient, requiring changing my aircraft profile to a helicopter to view the airport / heliport data. Maybe MUI is unique with a 4000 ft runway. PA National Guard operates C-130’s from there. I don’t know how many locations are like this. I believe the better...

    MUI

Yes, it does work on FF. Other military bases work on iFly, but not MUI.

    MUI

I will have to check with my friend that uses FF. I am sure it is some kind of data availability problem. I don’t know about other military installations around the county. Maybe others will jump in.

    MUI

There is a military airport at Fort Indiantown Gap PA with the id MUI. It has class D airspace with a CT frequency. If you tap on the airport, no airport information comes up. You can find airport information on Air Nav. If you put MUI in a flight plan, it is not recognized as an airport. All...

    NOTAMS

iFly displays NOTAMS under the airport info tab. But, many NOTAMS are issued under the VOR identifier. iFly does not display these NOTAMS. Is there something I am missing? I understand FF does display NOTAMS under VORs.

    iOS 12.5

Kudos for sure. My friend has FF. First they dropped support for his iPad, then they discontinued his subscription plan. I have an iPad Gen 2 and iPad Gen 6. Both run iFly great.

    iOS 12.5

Great, thanks. It is gook to know iFly cares about customers. They don’t kick you to the side of the road because you have an older device.

    iOS 12.5

What is the lowest version of iOS that is supported? The App Store indicates it will download a compatible version, but it will not open.

    NOTAM

When a NOTAM are issued with an airport identifier, you can easily find them with iFly under airport info. When a NOTAM is issued with a nav aide identifier, like a VOR, you can not display them.

    AHRS Recalibration

Add the ability to calibrate to zero AHRS ADS-B receiver to allow unit to be recalibrated and operated in the vertical orientation. iFly does not offer that feature. AHRS units must be placed on the glare shield which exposes it to more heat than if it was installed vertically on a side window...

Using a *new Dual ADSB receiver.

My normal setup is to have Dual selected for ADSB, because that is what I have. I have also used the auto select setting, both work. Maybe I am just impatient and I start taping around 😁. I realize iFly has several functions that have to be started, including ADSB. I have never had an...

Using a *new Dual ADSB receiver.

I have both the 170 and the 190. My 170 is an older unit that is only single band. Therefore I have only been only using the 190. I don’t recall any real problems getting it to connect. Going to settings and connecting first usually makes things work better. I do have to tap the ADSB status...
