AP said that their new device(tablet) will support NMEA ouput, obviously their new device will have a serial ouput of some sort. I've been looking at the Tripltek for sometime as well. Is it me or the Tripltek doesn't seem to have a serial output?????

I see your concerns, in my point of view if the code is made to send NMEA via the USB port on Android it should work, but I'll be looking very carefully before making my move.... :unsure: :unsure:

I'm sure I'm not the only one as I remember from the old forum. NMEA output would be great to have just like the old 740b to drive for example our autopilot and not having to switch to the iLevil.. Regards

My reason for asking is that I have a 740b that can talk to my Auto Pilot with an NMEA sentence, I'm not ready to revamp my autopilot for an iLevil that works very well. Regards
