Yes, that was the first thing I turned off. It had no effect. I also have terrain alerts turned off. I have also turned off "Show Highlights on Map" but I need to test that one on my next flight.

That doesn’t do it. I still get yellow shading with terrain alerts turned off.

On the new portable device I cannot locate a setting to adjust or turn off altitude alerts. The alerts that turn the screen yellow obscure things too much. I turned that off long ago on my 740’s but I can’t for the life of me find a setting for it.

I have the Android tablet and the default menu button size is too small for me. I cannot locate a setup option to change the size. Referring to the manual I can’t find anything on it. Can I change the size of the main menu buttons?
