How do I access alternate IFR minimums page using Ifly EFB? I stumbled onto it once but can't find it again.

Tap on the airport you want to see the minimums for, then View Plates > Minimums > Alternate Minimums.

Unfortunately, this does not take you directly to your airport's section in the list, but you can use the "Next Page" / "Prev Page" buttons at the bottom of the screen to navigate through the list.
