I fly EFB Tablet not updating issues

My EFB Tablet (Original version) was not updating, failing to find the server. The problem ended up being the date on the EFB tablet, I called I fly support and they walked me through resetting the date and time on the tablet and magically it worked again. I had the problem just recently and I checked the date, it had somehow reverted to a date back in 1993..... I went in changed the date and time back to current date and time. And it totally worked. I suspect that me not using it at least weekly and updating it regularly may have created the problem. I am posting in hopes it solves someone else's issues.

Thanks for posting! Another thing to try is to leave the tablet on and charging for 2 days, this should prevent the problem from occurring in the future. If our support staff had already told you this, then disregard this message.

Trying the 2 days leave it on thing. And decided to just go ahead and buy the new X7. I will finally get rid of my old 720b and use My current IFB Tablet at home. Now all I have to do is adjust my device list.
