1. Traffic without having to use ADSB. I have tried out several EFB apps where you can see all of the traffic via cellular or a onboard Internet connection. No ADSB required.
2. NAVLOG. A printable log would be a big item for me. I like the current layout of information. I would like to see blank blocks so I can track items with fuel, winds, ETAs, etc.. in An effort to find negative trends and make corrections.
3. A more intuitive and robust checklist section. Importing, cutting and pasting would really help in this.
4. Being able to import flight plans would be very nice. A cut and paste feature for a routing when importing flightplan or into the route block within the Flight plan form would be very helpful.
5. A smoother sketch feature on the map and plates. The current sketch feature is very archaic and not smooth. When I am in smooth flight and have to write on a chart, I do not even recognize my own writing. If there is any sort of chop or turbulence involved, it would be unreadable. This sketch feature is very helpful and I think it can be improved.
6. Have a spot where an alternate could be incorporated into an IFR flight plan. Presently there is not one. I have to make a whole other plan if I’m going to go to an alternate. It would be nice to have the destination alternate all in one, so you could also get the weather all in one. This would help immensely when planning and executing.
7. A document section would be very nice. When I use my sons for Foreflight, I find it very convenient to find regulations, POH or what not.. Very handy section.
8. Incorporate a fix so that if you are crossing multiple time zones, the arrival ETA will indicate local arrival time, not time from departure time zone.
9. Incorporate the use of ZULU time as a system preference (along with the current AM/PM or 24 hour format choices) within the App. This would alleviate ETA format issues. Would make it easier with forecast briefings, etc..
10. A more updated winds aloft format in the briefing. I like the old winds and temperature aloft forecast model in IFly. A cleaner more aligned table would help with accuracy and time involved with planning. When referenced with other IFly wind tools, I think the winds piece would be much more productive.
Nice product. I look forward to advancements and improvements.
