Make sticky the "toggle airmets group"

I find myself always having to move out of the way the 'toggle airmets group'. It covers up other buttons in the lower right corner of the screen. Comment is based on Android versions.

I'd like to see the option to make it stay put (sticky?) where I move it to for the the next time I enable airmets.
