Real Plan on new iFly tablet?

On reading the downloaded manual, I see that the newest tablet does NOT support Real Plan. Is that correct, still? Or does the latest tablet support that function?

I understand I "could" transfer a Real Plan course from another platform... But that kind of negates the reason to purchase the iFly tablet, as it wouldn't be an "all in one" solution.

I am vehemently opposed to the "shackles" imposed by the iOS platforms, and feel similarly about Garmin.

Not sure what you're reading. Could you give a page number, or post a snippet here? My guess is that you may be misinterpreting something, or maybe you have found an error or an obsolete portion of the text.

The legacy iFly devices--the 700, 720, 740, 740b, and 520--do not support RealPlan. However, RealPlan is supported on all current Android, iOS, and Windows versions of iFly. Since the "new" iFly Aviation Tablet is an Android device, RealPlan is supported on it.
