Sketches on Multipage Plates

As suggested by tbouchertx, Having sketches on multi page plates that are unique to each page, and do not overlap when switching to the next page.

@chrisqii : I would characterize tbouchertx's feedback as a bug report rather than a feature request.

I think most users are going to expect the highlight feature to work as if they were marking up a physical piece of paper (highlights are only present on a given sheet), not marking up a computer monitor surface (highlights present no matter what is displayed).
