I'm not able to select the "send Bluetooth RS232 to adapter" to accept a check in the box. I have repeated error messages that adapter not connected and next screen error will say that it is connected. Also not able to select box for Bluetooth device " SD1000xxxxxxxxx"

Tried unsuccessfully several other android pads with iFlyEFB. See other post with Pic under "portable EFB and NEMA support."

Found the problem with DB9 breakout board, the signal ground pin 5 was an open circuit in printed circuit board!

With replacement board the BT com'd well with the GRT. I see that each time I power up BT and Ifly app that the BT has to be " reconnected" by re checking the "Send BT RS232" and re checking the next screen on Device name.

I also have the DIPswitch #4 set to OFF. ( using a BT SD1000 ) . Not sure what this switch does
Not clear in guide. It's called a flow switch??? Any comment for improving the connection fx ?

I forget by who, but a request was made sometime ago for iFly to automate or at least streamline the connection process between a BT adapter and the EFB.

Meanwhile, I'm just happy to get a reliable connection every time!
