I have Windows 10 and downloaded ver 13.x of iFly. The current version, not Beta. The resolution is not correct. I need to click in areas where there are no buttons displayed to get any sort of response.

Additionally, I cannot get a moving map to display. I downloaded the latest charts.

There are times I just have a black screen and cannot close it without using the Task Manager.

I have tried changing my computer screen resolution but it does not seem to affect the iFly display. My recommended resolution is 1366 x 768. I have an Intel HD Graphics card.

I have to move the mouse around in the black area to actually activate the buttons. I have rebooted my machine to no avail.

If I click on the black area it seems to recognize there is a chart there. I can also activate the menu items by searching around in the bottom area of the screen.

Yes, this is a known problem. You can read all about it here (or just go to the last post in the thread to see that it's already been reported for the version you're using):

It never hurts to submit a bug report even for issues that have already been reported. The more bug reports AP gets, the better the chance the bug will get some attention.
