I want to try out iFly on a different tablet and don't want to lose all of my files. Is there a way to find and save files to another device or external storage?

Easiest way is probably to install iFly on the new tablet, then use Synch to have the new tab synch all your files over from the old tab. See MENU, SETUP, SYNCH DEVICES.

As BETABobW said, use the sync capability to backup the stuff you want to save to the cloud (Menu > Setup > Sync Devices > Upload files to Server, then check all boxes and click "Upload"). Sync the new tablet to pull down the data from the cloud (Menu > Setup > Sync Devices, then pick the device whose files you want to download; in your case there should only be one). Easy peasy.

There is really no practical option to copy files directly off one tablet and move them to another. With the cloud sync capability, there's also no need for such an option.

How do I sync to the cloud? Also, if I have "stuff" on a 740 and a tablet or iPad, when I sync does it combine the data to all devices on my account?

Sorry; I was editing my previous post with the specific steps as you made this reply. Go look here.

Not unless you want to. When you upload data to AP's cloud server, it remembers which device the data came from. When you go to download data, you pick which device's data you want. If you want the data from multiple devices, just repeat the process for each device.
