I have tried to renew with the discount offered at Oshkosh and on the recent Facebook post. I have emailed support several times about this and have not received a response. Now you want to auto-renew and I do not know how to stop this process. I love your product and have suggested it to many fellow pilots but the lack of support recently has me thinking of switching to another platform. Please do not auto-renew my subscription or I will be forced to complain to my credit card company. A simple response to my 3 emails during the year would have resolved this issue.

@ctflier , this user forum is not an official support platform for iFly. While Adventure Pilot folks do pop in from time to time, you should not count on them to see your post here in a timely fashion.

For best results, I would suggest you call their support phone number during business hours and talk to a live human being. I am certain they will help you with what you need. Their number is on the main iFly EFB website "Help & Support" page, here: https://www.iflyefb.com/Support/Get-Help

Their support has been excellent to me. The small team has always responded to emails. I have not called. Email them and I am sure you will be taken care of.

@ctflier Try signing into your profile, and just remove the credit card. Or, as suggested, give them a call when the office is open; they're good folks and always happy to help IME. I had a sim issue, and just called them; they applied the discount and extended the expiration appropriately. Simple.
