Dynon D10a to 740B

I know this is ancient technology for most of you (

), but I have a Dynon D10a in my Long EZ and have decided to "permanently" mount my iFly 740b since I don't use it anywhere else....

I'm having a devil of a time finding info on connecting the 740B to the D10a..... Any advice or direction to a good tutorial?

I'm technologically challenged, so be kind... !!

I do not have an autopilot that can interface with the 740, so I do not have personal experience to help you with. Have you seen the limited info available in the Pilot's Guide starting on p. 63 under "NMEA Output"?

I have a D10A in my Long-Ez and used to have a 740B (until my aging eyes could no longer adequately see the small screen). Now I use an Ipad Mini (and a standard Ipad in the strake, as a backup).

What specific data are you trying to exchange between the Dynon D10A and the 740B?
