Until they do, you might try this. I just did with the Win10 version of EFB and it seemed to work.
1 Click the "Flight Plan" button.
2 Click "Enter Flight Plan" button. If you're on or over an airport, the search box should already be populated with the airport id.
3 Click "Done"
4 Click "Add Waypoint" You can now use the Search box to find the path to the airport you want.
5 Click "Close" to adopt the path to that airport.
If you're NOT near enough to an existing airport replace #2 above with #2 below.
2 Click "Lat/Lng..." A dialog box will come up with your current position.
It takes a few more clicks, but should work for you until your feature is adopted.
