Now that you talk with Avidyne, the IFD's get fuel info from various sources.
Grab that data, and allow your users to set customized FUEL reminders in IFLY GPS

For example, I have a T337D w 550 and 440.
I leave my 440 displaying fuel remaining, most of the time.

In IFLY I would set changeover points at 60 and 30 gals remaining

2 min before I hit 60 gals remaining,
I would set a flashing reminder saying '2 min to 60 gal rem - go to AUX'
Then 2 min before 30 gals remaining that says 2 min 30 gals remaining,- go to MAIN

Then maybe another when 30 Minutes remaining "30 mins rem" that would count down

Able to adjust size, color, audio alert, etc.

Etc.

There are a number of Avidyne integrations I was hoping to see, but the data that Avidyne exposes to external apps like iFly is limited. I do not think that fuel flow or fuel totals are part of that data set.

You'll need to get Avidyne to expose those data to external apps before iFly can implement your suggestion.
