I see under my account, that I have several iPads. I wish to de-register one that has failed. However, I cannot determine which iPad it is from the Account information. The numbers listed for each iPad are not the model number, serial number, IMEI number, EID, etc.

Sorry for such a silly question. I just don't know which iPad is which from the numbers listed in my Account information.

FWIW, I have EXTENSIVE experience, thousands, perhaps tens of thousands of hours with FF and the Jepp/Boeing app used by major airlines. I prefer iFly EFB when I fly my Swift.

The unique ID iFly uses is sort of arbitrary and can't be "decoded" by the user. Normally, it's easiest to open iFly on the device you want to remove and look on the Account screen to see its ID, then just remove it right from there.

Since the device you want to remove is broken, you obviously can't do that. I would suggest you open the other two devices, go to the Account page and note each of their IDs, then by process of elimination you'll be able to determine the ID of the broken device, and then you can deregister it.
