Being able to see comments from other pilots about airports would be useful.

Comments like what? Is there an expiration date or just a long history. I can see that being a good idea. Remarks that might be more relevant than current notams.

IMHO, a short "PIREP" might be a good add: maybe you want to say something about large cracks in the asphalt, or gopher-holed turf; maybe that the courtesy is INOP (or just doesn't exist after all). And fuel price chgs (although it would be handier just to edit that in the airport description). The problem, as always, is not just the time to develop it, but to keep it relevant and timely...and drop what's no longer valid or useful. There are probably other resources to use for that kind of data, including a phone call or text.
