Problems with app and screen size.

Hi,
I have installed iFly EFB on a Microsoft Dua 2 (an Android) phone. This is a dual-screen phone. When I try to move the iFlyEFB app to span both screens, then it doesn't - it stays the same size, but is placed in the middle of the 2 screens. But, the menus think it is full sized - e.g. to get the iFlyEFB Menu I have to tap the bottom left of the phone screen, outside of the app.
How can I get the app to span both screens?

Although I cannot move the app to span both screens, I found out that there's a setting in the Surface Duo 2 that tells apps to open in a spanned view. This works for the iFflyEFB app.
