Hi there. Start by creating an account on the official iFly EFB website, here: https://www.iflyefb.com/register
Once your account is created and you log in, go to Support > Beta Team Request (direct link here, but will only work after you're logged in: https://www.iflyefb.com/SUPPORT/Beta-Team-Request).
Once Walter approves you there, I'll get word to add you to the Beta subforum here, too.
