Where is the download for Windows?

It seems that my laptop can no longer view flight plans from my iPad - I get an error that the flight plan was created on a newer version of iFly EFB. So, I went to get an updated version of the application - there doesn't seem to be an "update" feature from within the Windows version of the app. Well, I cannot locate the downloadable software anywhere on the site - in fact, no downloads at all.
Anybody know how and where to obtain the Windows version of this software?

Thanks for that. I downloaded this software: iFly EFB Installer 13.3.53b.exe
It was posted to the site 8 days ago.
However, this public release has the same issue as the beta version. The screen is black! The application is running as clicking on the blackness does cause various dialogs and pop-ups to appear.
I'm afraid that the latest version is not quite ready.
