Won't update

I have tried to update my tablet for sometime now. It is still showing version 12.3. I have updated through the APP, tried to delete and re-install and it keeps saying it has version 12.3. Why can't I get this to update tothe new version.

I suspect you have an older tablet. The Google Play store is smart enough to only offer you the latest version that is compatible with your Android OS version. I don't recall the exact cutoff, but I think it was around Android 6/7 or so. Only Android versions higher than that can run iFly v13. Older devices max out at v12.3.

What tablet model and OS version are you running?

I think the cutoff for Android compatibility was 8.0 for the newer versions. 8.4 was mentioned in a Brian post to be the oldest android version that would work with the new iFly versions.
