Choosing this aircraft type: 1) Adjusts the W&B form to be more appropriate for helos/gyros 2) Enables helo charts and prefers them over sectional charts at tighter zoom levels.

I am a gyro pilot, and usually land with light power applied. If winds and luck were in my favor, a helipad MIGHT be suitable as long as glidepath was unobstructed.
